E911WERX saves lives by enhancing emergency location information

E911WERX provides emergency reponders with SiteWERX enhanced location information.  The E911WERX application is designed specifically for E911 needs. E911WERX works in conjunction with the patented SiteWERX Server to deliver reliable and accurate location information from Bluetooth enabled devices.

E911WERX Emergency Services (EES)

E911WERX Emergency Services (EES) are network and application services tht permit a PSAP to access enhanced location information when receiving wireless emergency calls placed by calling 9-1-1 from a SiteWERX enabled location using a SiteWERX enabled mobile device.

EES supports the interconnection to other SiteWERX services for the purpose of providing additional information, tracking, graphical displays and historical information on calls accessed by the PSAP.

EES Data Access Features:

A.  Automatic Handset Location – the feature by which a request is made from a PSAP operator to the SiteWERX NID, the handset is queried, and then the enhanced location information is returned to the PSAP operator.

B.  EES Location Data Display Options

Default Text Display – when a successful request is made from a PSAP operator to the SiteWERX NID the ESS will return to the PSAP the following enhanced information in text format:

  • Address
  • Building name
  • Floor Number
  • Room Number
  • Date and Time of Call

Graphical Display Option – when a successful request is made from a PSAP operator to the SiteWERX NID and the PSAP has enable the Graphical Display Option and has negotiated access to the available SiteWERX site, in addition to the Dafault Text Display information, the EES will return to the PSAP a secure internet link to a SiteWERX Server Safety Service Mapping Server.

C. Call Event LoggingThe Call Event Logging feature delivers reporting information containing the AHL received from a 911 call, the date and time of the call and the disposition of the call.
