Houston Staton
Chairman of the Board

Houston Staton is the visionary founder of WirelessWERX. He has provided financial and management guidance to the company since its inception. Houston has extensive business interests in Latin America and has held a variety of executive positions at Coca-Cola. He has served as a Member of the Board of Pan American Beverages Inc.; a multi-billion dollar corporation that was the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the world until it was acquired by Coca-Cola Femsa. Houston holds a degree in Engineering Economic Systems from Georgia Tech and M.S. in Corporate Finance from Georgia State.

Jim Ashley, Jr.
Chief Technology Officer

JimJim is one of the founding members of WirelessWERX and has served as Chief Technology Officer since 1999. As CTO Jim is responsible for managing the design, development and delivery of the enterprise based location based services network of WirelessWERX. He manages the engineering group, relationships with carriers, OEMs and contract manufacturers, and strategic product planning and development. Over the years Jim has earned several patents in the field of telematics. Prior to the founding of WirelessWERX, Jim provided Operations Support for the ACES Group. These activities included System Engineering support for Boeing, Rockwell International, Litton, Intraspace and Space Applications, Inc. on programs that included Titan-IV booster qualifications. Jim studied engineering and computer science at Fullerton College in Southern California.


Patrick Mooney
General Manager

PatrickAs General Manager, Patrick oversees the application software development for WirelessWERX and plays a key role in both systems design and software development. Patrick joined WirelessWERX in 2001 as a software engineer and has been instrumental in the WirelessWERX software development including the development of all console and support software, the WirelessWERX Asynchronous Routing Processes (WARP), the WirelessWERX Fleet, Real-time and Data Warehouse databases, and the WirelessWERX console software suite. Patrick has over twelve years experience in relational database design and development utilizing Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and MySQL and over ten years experience in full life cycle client/server application development. Currently Patrick is named in several WirelessWERX pending and held patents.


Bill McGraw
Director Sales, North America

Bill McGraw brings over twenty years experience as a senior sales and marketing executive with a broad range of experience in the technology and consulting sectors to his role as Director Sales, North America. Bill is responsible for all U.S. sales activities including all channel partner sales activities. Just prior to joining WirelessWERX, he was involved with an investment group that was consolidating assets in the Telematics/Location Based Services sector that resulted in a combined company managing over 15,000 vehicles. Before that, Bill was founder and CEO of a Southern California based consulting firm, Plan b Solutions, which was focused on providing wireless workforce management solutions, primarily in the Oil Field services and Consumer Packed Goods sectors. Prior to Plan b Solutions, Mr. McGraw was VP eCommerce for Sierra Systems, Inc., a large North American consulting company, that delivered eCommerce solutions to Fortune 500 companies.


Marc Fernandez
Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Marc Fernandez defines and facilitates core business development activities as well as plays a key role in both product definition and sales development. Prior to joining WirelessWERX, Marc spent more than 14 years successfully cultivating strategic business relationships and marketing programs, which created tens of millions of dollars in revenue for his companies. He has held an executive management position with XRite-Pantone in its embedded technology group and served as a consultant to emerging companies in the Location Based Services (LBS) sector. As vice president of business development for Slimpel Corp., Marc forged strategic partnerships with the world’s leading mobile handset ODMs and leveraged the company’s micro-imaging and GPS modules. Marc holds several patents in the area of all-optical communication subsystems. He earned a B.S from Stanford University and a M.S. from the University of Washington.
