Jim Ashley, Sr. has been CEO of the ACES Group for thirteen years. He has over 40 years experience in the design and development of hardware and software systems for space and ground applications. Prior to founding ACES, Jim was Director of Engineering for Rockwell International, Satellite Systems Division. During his 35-year tenure at Rockwell, Jim’s experiences included; Chief Engineer, Global Positioning Satellite, Chief Engineer, Advanced Infrared Telescope Program and Chief Engineer Apollo/Saturn Launch Operations.

Frank Mooney has been a Senior Systems Designer and Program Manager with the ACES Group for thirteen years. His responsibilities have included definition of specifications, design, development, and integration of systems hardware and software. Prior to working with the ACES Group, Frank was at Rockwell International Satellite and Space Division for 32 years where he held a number of positions including Director of Satellite Systems Software Engineering, Project Manager, Satellite Systems Test Software, and Manager, Saturn Rocket Test and Integration.
